I’ve been around a lot of coaches in the “self-help” world and a lot of them are highly toxic, very inauthentic people. Many of their methods are extreme, but specially their pricing and suggestions on how to come up with the money. When I finally pulled away and looked at this part of the industry critically, I stopped following all but two of them.

This industry can be very cult-like and part of me wishes it could be regulated in a way that weeds out the dangerous ones.
